We support individuals experiencing PTSD, trauma, operational stress injuries, anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, OCD, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges.
Which services do you offer?
We offer therapy for individuals, couples, families, children, and youth, including EMDR, neurofeedback, and walk-and-talk therapy.
Do you offer direct billing or work with insurance providers?
Yes, we work with VAC, PCVRS, Blue Cross, and WSIB, and offer direct billing where applicable.
Can I bring my family members?
Yes, we offer specialized couples and family counselling to support you and your loved ones through the challenges of service life and beyond.
What are the hours of operation?
We are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please note that session availability may vary based on each therapist’s individual schedule.
What if my appointment is scheduled past operating hours?
Please note that building entrances are restricted between 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM on weekdays and all day on weekends. If your appointment falls during these times, kindly ring the bell next to the building entrance or email your therapist upon arrival so they can come down and escort you to the office.
