Natalie is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a member of the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP). She works with a variety of clients providing a range of support for anxiety, depression, relationships, and overall well-being using an integrative approach.
Natalie is passionate about finding the right therapy to fit her clients’ needs and is always looking for ways to learn and grow to benefit the well-being of her clients. In addition to her Masters degree in Counselling Psychology, Natalie holds a Masters degree in Communications and Social Justice. Her education sparked her passion for critical thinking, unpacking the psychological messages we receive daily, and how this impacts our overall quality of life.
Natalie’s passion for working with children and the outdoors took her to Alberta for 4 years, where she ran an outdoor education facility and summer camp that used an experiential education and facilitation model bordering therapy. Here, Natalie discovered the transformative power of working with people and nature and decided to pursue a degree in Counselling Psychology so that she could be of service to others in a deeper and more therapeutic way.
Natalie is committed to co-creating a space where clients feel safe no matter their gender-identity, ethnicity, age, or socio-economic status.
