Diana is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who brings a unique strength-based approach to practice. A scholar of the human character and soul, she is here to help you foster unique sets of strengths to tackle life goals with sustained empathy, creativity, enthusiasm, and energy. Importantly, Diana is dedicated to bringing you effective therapeutic approaches based on the latest scientific findings in positive psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and motivational interviewing to assist you in navigating challenges effectively and authentically.
Diana graduated in 2017 with a Specialization in Cultural Psychology from Concordia University and with an M. A. in Counselling Psychology in 2021 from Yorkville University. Previous to psychology, Diana worked in the field of community development in both Canada and abroad, mentoring and inspiring young people in their personal and professional journeys. A multifaceted professional, she consulted with a wide array of individuals ranging from environmental leaders to parents and teens.
Outside of work, you may find Diana coaching South American teens pro bono, engaging in genealogical research in her native Romania, or simply enjoying a hike in the Laurentians.
