Hannah is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who believes that we are all the experts in our own lives. Her approach to therapy is to meet with clients where they are and help them to realize their strengths. She believes that building a strong therapeutic relationship is the key to being able to work together as a team. Together they can find the appropriate skills and strategies to enable clients to make their desired changes and move towards or even beyond their therapeutic goals. She is continually amazed by the resiliency of others and is honoured to be invited to share their deepest struggles. Hannah believes in an integrative approach to therapy to find what works best for each individual.
