Child and Youth Mental Health
Compassionate support for kids, teens, and families

Our Child & Youth Mental Health services provide developmentally appropriate support for children, adolescents, young adults, and families who are facing emotional, behavioural, or life-stage challenges. Growing up comes with stress, transitions, and big feelings, and many children and teens need a safe place to talk, learn coping skills, and build confidence.
Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, body image concerns, school stress, or difficulty managing emotions, our team is here to help with compassionate, evidence-based support.

Why child and youth therapy helps
Children and youth do not always have the words to explain what they are feeling. They may show distress through behaviour, avoidance, irritability, shutdown, or changes in school performance. Therapy gives them a supportive space to express themselves, learn healthy coping tools, and better understand their emotions.
We also work closely with parents and caregivers because family support plays a major role in helping children thrive. Our goal is to support the whole system, not just the individual child.
