Therapy is an investment in yourself.

It’s important that you find the right therapist. That’s why we offer free 15-minute consultations for those who are interested in therapy, but aren’t sure if we’re the right match.
At YourTherapist, healing is our passion. Our affordable and sliding-scale fees reflect our commitment to provide quality and affordable mental health care to our fellow Canadians.

Our Fees
- Individual Therapy (50 minutes):
$165 – $195 - Couples Counselling (50 minutes):
$185 – $225 - Family Counselling (50 minutes):

- Walk and Talk Individual Therapy Sessions (50 minutes):
$200 (depending on location, a travel surcharge may apply. Individual sessions only. Please request in advance.)

We offer sliding scales (lower rates)
There are limited spots available for qualifying students and low-income clients with our clinical interns.

Frequently Asked Questions
Sessions start at $165 for individual therapy and $200 for couples and family therapy. Lower fees may be available for those in need.
We are listed as a provider with Blue Cross, Green Shield, Manulife, WSIB, IFHP, and many other insurance companies. We accept credit card, e transfer, and cash payments.
We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your coverage eligibility.
If you are eligible and would like us to keep your information on file or arrange direct billing where applicable, please email your insurance details at your convenience.
We offer a complimentary 15-minute phone or video consultation to assist you in beginning your therapeutic journey. This is an opportunity to discuss your goals, concerns, and what brings you to therapy.
You may schedule a consultation with our Clinic Director, who can assess your specific needs and recommend a suitable therapist. Alternatively, you may book a session directly with a therapist of your choice to ensure they are the right fit for you.
We offer both in-person and online therapy options to suit your needs. Our offices are located in Downtown Ottawa, Orléans, and Kingston. Additionally, we provide virtual therapy services to clients across Ontario.
