Do you offer in-person therapy sessions as well as online?
Yes. We offer therapy at our locations in-person, online, or by phone.
What are the benefits of online therapy?
Benefits to online counselling include accessibility, convenience, and affordability. If you are travelling, or live in a rural or remote area, online counselling is available as long as you have access to the internet. Being able to receive professional counselling and therapy from the comforts of your own home or office and not needing to pay for childcare, gas, or parking are also benefits to online counselling. However, many clients prefer to interact with their therapist in-person. Only you can determine whether in-person or online therapy is better for you.
How many therapy sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on your goals for therapy, types of interventions, and your presenting concern. Sessions are typically booked once every two weeks but that may vary depending on your financial situation and schedule.
What are your fees?

Sessions start at $145 + HST for individual therapy and $160 + HST for couples and family therapy. Lower fees may be available for those in need. Please see the fees page for more information.

Are therapy services covered by extended health care plans?
Yes, our services are covered by most insurance companies. We do not offer direct billing, but official receipts will be provided.
What are your hours and how do I make an appointment?
We offer daytime and evening sessions from Monday to Saturday. Please contact us by phone or email to book your preferred date and time.
