Zack is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). He completed his MA in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. He also completed an Honours BA at McMaster University, where he majored in Sociology. His treatment focuses on Narrative Therapy while integrating ideas from Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as well as Solution-Focused Therapy. He has experience working alongside individuals experiencing issues like anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, and life transitions.
Zack is compassionate and empathic, creating a non-judgmental space for clients to share and explore their stories. He works collaboratively with clients guided by curiosity to better understand the problem outside of the individual and the ways they can continue to move forward in life. He is honoured to be a witness to their stories and aid in creating strategies to bring ease to their daily lives.
