Registered Psychotherapist
Charlotte Londry, RP, MACP
Charlotte is a Registered Psychotherapist. She believes that the way we navigate our lives and face challenges begins to improve when we are given the opportunity to feel heard, understood and supported. Connecting with people and ensuring a safe place for them to explore their inner voice is a crucial component to treatment and she emphasizes true collaboration to find happy and healthy ways through life’s difficulties. Charlotte works from a strengths-based approach and meets each client where they are. She strongly believes in connecting through genuine empathy, honesty, and acceptance to help others develop their own personal growth goals and in establishing communication patterns and resources that can extend beyond the therapeutic room.
Charlotte graduated from Yorkville University with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology after working as an educational assistant for years, supporting students as they integrate into classroom environments in a way that allows them to feel seen and valued. She holds a diploma from St. Lawrence College for Behavioural Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Ottawa. She is now a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists (CRPO) and works individually with clients of all backgrounds.
