Group Therapy & Workshops
At YourTherapist, we believe in all-around care. Led by our highly skilled psychotherapists, our group therapy sessions, workshops, and corporate training are carefully created to offer effective solutions rooted in research-based clinical treatment plans.
Group therapy provides the opportunity for members to share experiences, hear others’ experiences, relate to others, develop coping skills, and make positive changes in their lives. Along with individual therapy, group therapy can help members gain momentum in their journey of living lives where they thrive.
Group therapy for loss and grief
Group therapy for loss and grief is a supportive, therapeutic environment where individuals coping with bereavement or significant loss come together to share their experiences, emotions, and coping strategies. Led by Natalie Armbruster, a registered psychotherapist, this group therapy provides a safe space for participants to express their feelings, gain insights from others, and feel less isolated in their grief journey. The process fosters a sense of community and healing by allowing individuals to connect with others who are facing similar struggles. This group meets once a week, starting in January 2025, for 6 weeks. You can attend some or all sessions.
Benefits of Group Therapy for Loss and Grief:

-
Coping Strategies:Group members can learn practical tools and coping mechanisms from others and the therapist. Healing through Expression: Sharing grief openly in a group can facilitate emotional release and healing.
-
