Sam is a Registered Psychotherapist and has extensive training working with clients of diverse backgrounds. She provides therapy in English and Bengali. She has a specialized focus in working with women facing challenges with self-esteem, body image and perfectionism. She uses an integrative approach incorporating a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, which includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness, to provide care that is suited to each client’s unique needs.
